The public body for procurement of consultancy services shall prepare scope of work including the following:-
(a) background and purpose of the work to be done by the consultant,
(b) Scope of work of the consultant and work to be done by him,
(c) Details of work-related studies and basic data, if available (d) If the consultant has to transfer any knowledge or skills to the public body, details of the same (e) If training is to be provided, the number of employees to be trained,
(f) The work and qualifications of the consultant's main manpower and the estimated time required for the work to be done by him,
(f1) The fact that the person proposed as the main manpower of the consultant cannot be changed in other cases except when the consultant who is proposed as the main manpower of the consultant is unable to work after the contract is ill, has met with an accident or died or is unable to do such work due to other reasons,
(f2) When a consultant is involved full-time as a key human resource according to the contract, until the work is completed according to the contract, the personal details of the same person cannot be used in the process of purchasing other consulting services so that the work schedule according to the contract is duplicated.
(g) The time at which the consultant shall commence and complete the work,
(h) Information to be provided by the public body to the consultant, description of physical facilities, equipment, and
(i) Details of reports, data, maps, survey reports etc. to be submitted by the consultant.
